Awe-some. I went for my gym assessment today. It seems I've lost about 5kg in 6 months, as well as putting on muscle. I'm getting all funky 'n' stuff! The system, it works! Awesome.

Look at me! I'm at work. With no work to do. Yeah, that's what happens to people who aren't trained in every area, work higher-uppers. I'd probably be less bothered if they didn't ban forums and messageboards and such, except for those godawful BBC 606 forums. :'(
