Look at me: I got locked out of the house. AGAIN. Regardless of Estelle's (the sister™) warnings about not taking any keys I ended up waiting an hour and a half for Ray to get back. In that time I read a bit of Men's Health, picked at a roasted chicken I bought and some unripe bananas. Am I as flexible as I was during college? Hell no! Luckily I didn't do any damage, but just looked silly with my escapades. That and I've already 'done' the gym today, so I don't feel guilty for barely moving a muscle.
